Incora is seeking a Customer Program Manager II to orchestrate all program activities, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure efficient JIT operations. You will govern budgets, facility workflows, and supplier relationships while upholding Incora values.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum five years in supply chain, inventory, or program management environments.
• Experience managing budgets, labor planning and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Direct program operations, including inventory and stocking strategies for JIT.
• Manage budgets and plan annual budget adjustments as needed.
• Lead facility workflow planning to ensure timely inventory flow.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to maximize value.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to staff; ensure AS9100 compliance.
