Incora is seeking a Customer Program Manager in Missouri to lead program objectives, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products while fostering strong customer and supplier relationships. This role supports JIT Forward Stocking Locations and drives administrative, infrastructure and process improvements.

You will train for AS9100, promote continuous improvements, ensure document control, manage onsite FSL facilities, and engage with auditors.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or management training; or 3+ years related experience
• Excellent customer service and real-time problem-solving abilities
• Supervisory experience with ability to motivate teams
• Strong process management and improvements; knowledge of JIT contract programs
• In-depth knowledge of integrated database systems and software; proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Access is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools like Copilot

Responsabilités

• Direct program operations and inventory/stocking strategy for JIT FSLs
• Manage program budget and advise annual budget changes
• Plan and prioritize facility workflow to meet ship dates
• Coordinate training and document controls per regulations and quality systems
