Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer implementations and transitions for major contract customers.
• Develop bid strategies for new and renewal contracted business.
• Provide accurate forecasts and contribute to revenue and margin growth.
• Mentor the team and conduct performance evaluations; travel to customer sites as needed.
