Incora seeks an experienced Customer Program Manager II to orchestrate program activities in a Just-in-Time supply chain context. You will lead administration, infrastructure, and efficiency improvements while guiding staff and ensuring top-tier customer service within a fast-paced environment.

You will manage inventory strategies, budget compliance, and cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement across customers and suppliers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of related experience in supply chain, inventory management, distribution, operations, or program management environments.
• Previous management/supervisory experience with ability to train, coach, and motivate employees.
• Experience in budget management, labor planning, inventory controls, and performance metrics.

• Direct all program operations, including inventory and stocking strategies to support JIT requirements.
• Plan, direct, and prioritize facility workflow and lifecycle strategies to ensure timely inventory flow.
• Lead department staff to deliver high levels of customer service and teamwork.
• Coordinate access to program information, resources, and tools for teams.
• Implement training related to ISO 9001, AS9100, and customer requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement through discussions and corrective actions.
• Manage facility maintenance, security, and cleanliness across sites.
• Build and sustain customer relationships and vendor partnerships.
