Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Customer Order Management professional to manage customer concerns from initial contact through final resolution, process orders and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

The role offers an hourly range of $19.20 to $24.75, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401k, HSA and more. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems to resolve customer inquiries.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer concerns from initial contact through final resolution to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues ranging from routine requests to complex customer issues requiring detailed research and follow-up.
• Process customer orders, returns, and order-related inquiries.
• Conduct research and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Partner with Operations, Logistics, Pricing, Collections, 3rd Party, Sales, Retail National Accounts, and other cross-functional teams to resolve concerns.
• Support designated sales-related activities, including goodwill credit submissions within approved limits.
• Manage aged and escalated cases to ensure timely resolution.
