Job summary

Pelico is seeking a results-driven Customer Operations professional to own and grow strategic enterprise accounts from sign-on to measurable operational impact. You will work directly with senior operators to diagnose challenges and drive data-informed improvements using Pelico’s platform.

You’ll own end-to-end relationships, push for ROI, and partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities, while aligning product and engineering with real-world needs in fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• 2–10+ years in customer-facing, operational, or analytical roles (consulting, customer success, ops, etc.).
• Track record of ownership and delivering results in high-expectation environments.
• Strong problem-solving ability to break down ambiguous problems and drive resolution.
• Comfortable with senior stakeholders and high-context conversations.
• Highly proactive, accountable, and able to work without micromanagement.
• Excellent communication bridging technical and business perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, with direct responsibility for adoption, impact, and long-term success.
• Diagnose operational challenges with senior stakeholders and drive measurable improvements using Pelico.
• Deliver ROI by ensuring the platform is used and trusted in day-to-day decision making.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to grow accounts over time.
• Serve as the connective tissue between customers, product, and engineering.
