Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential as you work to align demand planning with business goals, mitigate risks, and ensure value delivery for customers and the company.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain management and order fulfilment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Expertise in Kinaxis, SAP, and MS Office tools.
• Proficiency in requirement analysis and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as OPS SPOC towards Customer team about order fulfilment and escalations.
• Perform supply chain management operations and optimization.
• Drive planning synchronization and forecast accuracy with S&OP.
• Contribute to logistics execution to meet targets and cost efficiency.
• Manage delivery schedules, shortages, and daily/weekly updates.
• Own revenue forecasting and risk mitigation in execution plans.
