Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking an experienced operations leader to serve as the primary interface between customers and ST for demand fulfillment, forecast alignment, and service performance. You will drive end-to-end order and logistics execution with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to optimize backlog, manage capacity, and ensure timely delivery while supporting billing and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage order lifecycle, contracts and pricing setup.
• Maintain and optimize backlog and forecast accuracy.
• Ensure terms compliance and drive issue resolution with divisions and supply chain.
• Provide short-term manufacturing demand via forecasts.
• Achieve revenue plans with backlog coverage alongside customers and sales.
• Support billing and shipping with Finance, Logistics, Trade Compliance.
• Ensure last-mile execution to hit quarter-end billing targets.
