Job summary

Nokia is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to lead planning and delivery for hyperscale customers in North America. You will orchestrate demand planning, logistics, and order fulfilment, aligning cross-functional teams to improve execution, predictability, and fulfilment targets.

Ideal candidates bring extensive supply chain leadership, strong stakeholder management, and experience with Kinaxis, SAP, and MS Office. You will influence S&OP and work across complex customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain management and order fulfilment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Expertise in Kinaxis, SAP, MS Office tools.
• Proficiency in Requirement Analysis, Stakeholder management, Process Improvement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as OPS SPOC towards Customer team and Customer about order fulfilment and escalations.
• Performs supply chain Management operations.
• Works effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices to improve supply chain design.
• Contributes to supply chain processes, profitability and efficiency meeting timely services to customers.
• Drive Demand Planning S&OP alignment with Sales/ PLM/ Supply Chain to ensure timely planning and forecast accuracy.
• Supports pre-sales by evaluating logistics requirements and planning the logistics.
• Contributes to logistics execution processes to meet targets.
• Manages Order Delivery Schedule with BD Supply chain and provides updates to CT and customers.
• Drive Allocation requirements during supply chain shortages.
• Own HW revenue forecasting and alignment with Business controller and drive risk mitigation.
