Job summary

Nokia is seeking a Customer Operations Manager in Dallas to orchestrate planning and delivery for hyperscale customers, driving better customer experience and reliable execution.

You will act as OPS SPOC for the customer team, manage end-to-end supply chain processes, optimize forecasting, demand planning, and logistics, and lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, PLM, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Expertise in Kinaxis, SAP, MS Office tools.
• Proficiency in Requirement Analysis, Stakeholder management, Process Improvement.
• 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Order fulfilment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as OPS SPOC towards Customer team and Customer about order fulfilment and escalations.
• Performs supply chain management operations.
• Works to improve supply chain design using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues.
• Contributes to supply chain processes and execution, profitability and efficiency for timely services.
