Job summary

Compass Group USA seeks a Sr. Accounting Coordinator for a hybrid role focused on customer master data management and related finance processes. You will collaborate with Finance, AR, Operations, Tax, and Technology to support customer creation, maintenance, billing, payment, and reporting while upholding controls.

The position requires strong data governance, SAP familiarity, and proficiency in Excel and office tools to drive accuracy and efficiency across systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years corporate experience preferred.
• Strong skills in mass data validation, review, reconciliation, and analysis with Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP financial modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer master data across SAP and related systems.
• Process customer maintenance requests and set up new customers.
• Validate approvals and supporting documentation for requests.
• Support AR and treasury processes including ACH onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
