Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Sr. Accounting Coordinator (Hybrid) in Charlotte, NC to maintain accurate customer master data and support billing, payment, and reporting processes. In this role you will collaborate with Finance, Accounts Receivable, Operations, Tax, Technology, and other partners to ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years corporate experience preferred.
• Strong Excel data validation and reconciliation skills.
• Familiarity with SAP financial modules preferred; experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or related tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit, and process customer maintenance requests via SAP S/4HANA and related portals.
• Create and maintain customer and Business Partner records in SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
• Validate approvals and documentation before processing new setups or changes.
• Perform data quality and governance checks, including duplicate prevention.
• Maintain customer financial attributes and payment terms.
• Monitor mailbox activity and route requests to owning teams.
• Process SAP S/4HANA customer requests with accurate documentation.
• Support AR and Treasury processes, including ACH onboarding.
• Complete HighRadius customer maintenance activities.
• Review CaterTrax customer files and resolve mapping issues.
