Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Data Master Data Specialist to maintain and govern customer master data across ERP and related systems. You will support onboarding, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT to resolve data issues.

The role requires strong English communication, a proactive attitude, and comfort working in a global corporate environment. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with opportunities for process improvement and data governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer master data across ERP and business systems.
• Create, update, validate and inactivate customer records per policy.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency across systems and regions.
• Perform regular data quality reviews and identify cleansing opportunities.
• Support customer onboarding and verify required documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Credit, Tax, Compliance and IT to resolve data issues.
• Ensure compliance with controls, audits and data governance standards.
• Analyze master data trends and recommend process improvements.
• Support system implementations, integrations, migrations and testing for customer data.
• Provide input into master data procedures, work instructions and training materials.
• Monitor and resolve master data tickets within SLAs.

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Credit, Tax, Compliance, and IT teams to resolve data issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance standards.
• Analyze master data trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Support system implementations, integrations, migrations, and testing activities related to customer data.
• Provide input into the development of master data procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
• Monitor and resolve master data tickets within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
