Job summary

BILL, a rapidly growing fintech company, is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to lead customer marketing programs for accountants, SMBs, and mid-market customers. You will drive education, adoption and growth through education programs and events, partnering with Product Marketing and other teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, analytics, and a customer-first mindset in a remote-first environment with in-person opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing or related discipline.
• Experience leading product launches, customer education programs, webinars or events.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Analytical mindset with KPI-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with marketing automation and webinar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer marketing programs for onboarding, adoption and growth.
• Partner with Product Marketing on positioning and messaging.
• Develop education programs, webinars and customer events.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Product, Community, Analytics, and Sales.
• Define audience strategy, promotion, measurement and ROI for programs.
