Housecall Pro is seeking a Senior Manager, Success Advisor to lead and grow a high-performing customer success organization. You will drive program excellence, coach leaders, and align customer outcomes with business goals.

You will leverage data and AI to optimize engagement, adoption, retention, and efficiency, while partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance to ensure responsible fintech product adoption for SMBs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience scaling customer-facing teams and improving engagement, adoption, and retention.
• Experience with CRM, BI analytics, and performance monitoring tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of managers and team leads with clear performance expectations.
• Translate priorities into quarterly operating plans and measurable goals.
• Scale operations with hiring, onboarding, ramp programs, and playbooks for growth.
• Monitor KPIs using data analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coach teams on positioning fintech products to support customer success and revenue goals.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to launch fintech products.
