Job summary

BILL is seeking a Solutions Consultant to empower mid-market and enterprise customers by mapping their accounting and payments workflows to BILL’s API-driven platform. You will drive discovery, design, and tailored demonstrations, guiding prospects from concept to close.

In this remote-first role, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Enablement, and Product, communicating complex API concepts clearly to business users while traveling lightly across the United States as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS pre-sales or solutions consulting for Mid-Market/Enterprise.
• Strong discovery, solution-design, and presentation skills with executives.
• Hands-on API/integration discussions and clear business impact explanations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with business and technical stakeholders to map current processes.
• Translate findings into tailored solution designs and demonstrations.
• Deliver high-impact product demos virtually and in person.
• Act as pre-sales partner for Mid-Market, API, and Accountant Channel prospects.
• Explain APIs and integrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advise on connecting BILL with ERP and accounting systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Enablement, and Product to improve discovery and messaging.
• Develop RFP/RFI responses and translate product updates for customers.
