Job summary

BILL is seeking a Product Manager for the FinSuite Platform, focusing on payments and financial services for SMBs. You will own a defined area, drive initiatives from discovery to launch, and partner with engineering, design, analytics, and finance to deliver impactful features.

You will contribute to AI-enabled payment experiences, define success metrics, and ensure operational and commercial viability of each release in a fast-pacedFinTech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience or equivalent ownership of customer and business outcomes.
• Proven ability to ship software end to end with engineering and design, including writing requirements and driving launches.
• Strong written communication to author clear requirements and stakeholder updates.
• Comfort using data to size opportunities, prioritize work, and evaluate post-launch outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined product area within FinSuite Platform and drive it from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Write requirements, user stories, success metrics, rollout plans, and launch-readiness materials.
• Drive day-to-day squad execution including sprint participation and risk identification.
• Build a quarterly roadmap for the owned area with a biannual view of priorities.
