Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive complex analytics and deliver actionable insights for the Marketing team and the broader business.

The role combines advanced analytics with leadership of analytical workstreams from concept to delivery. You will design scalable reporting solutions, collaborate with IT and business units, and ensure stakeholder communications translate technical findings into business recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree preferred.
6+ years in applied projects, including digital transformation and data management.
6+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analyses in the cloud.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards and analytic products for executives.
Oversee scalable reporting frameworks across multiple product lines and segments.
Lead customer and market analyses to support marketing strategy and decision making.
Establish and reinforce data accuracy, integrity, and governance across data assets.
Coordinate data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis from multiple systems.
