Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks a senior sales leader to drive profitable growth with CVS for the Mars Snacking business. You will lead a high-performing team of senior customer managers and analysts to achieve revenue, growth, and profit objectives while building strong relationships at all levels to optimize product assortment, placement, pricing, and promotions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10 years of CPG sales experience, with strong KAM, P&L, and broker-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in CPG sales relevant to the role
• Experience managing key accounts (large and small)
• P&L responsibility experience
• Broker management experience preferred
• Experience in Customer Marketing preferred
• People leadership experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability in category-based selling
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% and work in-office 3 days per week

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budgeting, and negotiating to support profitable growth
• Lead joint business planning to deliver customer solutions and category leadership
• Manage cross-functional relationships to meet objectives for revenue and profitability
• Influence customers through data-driven presentations and solutions
• Manage new product launches with timely execution for marketplace impact
• Ensure analytics support proactive and reactive actions for continual improvement
• Leverage team insights and internal data to generate growth ideas
• Oversee daily customer activities and manage trade funds within policy
