Job summary

Mars Accelerator, a global division of Mars Snacking, seeks a Senior Manager to lead key account strategies across Kroger and Mars product lines, crafting multi-year plans to accelerate customer growth and profitability.

You will partner with Mars sales, brokers, and cross-functional teams to optimize distribution, promotional placement, and account profitability using syndicated data and market insights.

Qualifications

• 5 years of CPG account management or marketing experience in retail.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 3-year customer business plans with trends, NSV and ROI.
• Develop sales strategies across Kroger and Mars to optimize distribution.
• Manage go-to-customer strategies with broker and Mars teams.
• Translate customer vision into winning propositions and pipelines.
