Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or SCM operations.
• 3–5 years in Ocean logistics, shipping operations or customer service.
• Experience with SCM and LCL operations.
• Strong Excel skills and data analytics/reporting experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of KPIs and driving results against targets.
• Analytical mindset with financial awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of Integrated Ocean and SCM accounts for automotive and industrial clients.
• Be the primary customer contact and ensure a seamless shipment lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and meet targets.
• Monitor service levels, milestones, and performance metrics for cargo movement.
• Identify and prevent service failures, implementing corrective actions.
• Provide reporting and insights to support customer scorecards.
• Analyze trends and root causes to implement sustainable improvements.
• Maintain vendor performance standards to ensure timely delivery.
• Support onboarding and development of junior team members.
• Promote Maersk products and services aligned to customer supply chain needs.
• Continue expanding knowledge of Maersk solutions and best practices.
