Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Partner – JCB in Pooler, GA to manage day-to-day shipping operations for a key strategic account. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and the customer to ensure execution excellence.

This onsite role focuses on customer relationships, performance management, and continuous improvement across global service centers and partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation operations.
• Experience in international logistics environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, business, or related field.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to analyze data for insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coordination of domestic shipments and ensure smooth execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and partners.
• Execute operations per SOPs/IOPs and KPIs while meeting service commitments.
• Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions per program guidelines.
• Collaborate with Global Service Centre teams to deliver consistent service.
• Analyze performance, identify gaps, and propose improvements to service levels.
• Support onboarding of carriers and vendors, including procurement via Transporeon.
• Monitor rates, routing, and service performance for cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and customer requirements.
• Provide proactive communication for demurrage, detention, and logistics challenges.
