As a Senior Customer Experience Partner – JCB, you will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality, end‑to‑end customer experience while overseeing the day‑to‑day execution of supply chain operations for a key strategic account. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, global service centers, vendors, and the customer to ensure operational excellence, maintain performance standards, and continuously improve logistics outcomes. This is a highly visible, onsite role that combines operational coordination, customer relationship management, and supply chain execution.
