Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Chaska, MN to independently manage complex customer issues and support operational and financial objectives. This role requires interpreting policies, cross-functional collaboration, and strong judgment in order fulfillment and process improvement.

The position emphasizes handling customer orders, pricing, and terms while ensuring compliance and effective communication with Finance and other teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service, operations, or related business support roles.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in manufacturing or ISO-regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze customer orders and non-routine requests, interpret customer intent and internal requirements, and translate approved requirements into SAP processes for accurate fulfillment.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, independently managing non-routine issues and determining appropriate actions.
• Identify and monitor shipping and billing holds, account discrepancies, or service risks and take corrective action within authority.
• Resolve accounts receivable issues by interpreting policy and coordinating with Finance.
• Develop and review customer quotations and ensure pricing and terms are accurate.
