Job summary

Flex Dental is seeking a Senior Enablement Manager to own the strategy, development, and execution of our customer enablement program. You will build scalable learning experiences from onboarding to feature education and ongoing training to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer enablement, technical training, or related SaaS enablement roles.
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) content and administration.
• Hands-on experience designing Pendo guides and digital adoption.
• Strong instructional design with engaging multi-audience learning experiences.
• Experience producing written docs, video tutorials, webinars, and interactive content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Strong project management in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall customer enablement strategy for Flex Dental.
• Design scalable learning programs for onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.
• Create customer education through docs, videos, webinars, and self-service resources.
• Measure learning effectiveness using analytics and adoption metrics, improve content accordingly.
• Develop in‑app guidance using Pendo; collaborate with Product and Engineering.
• Lead internal documentation efforts and mentorship for the Technical Writer.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Success, Onboarding, Marketing to enable growth.
• Support launches with training materials and release docs.
