Qualifications

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs using diverse instructional methods.
• Assess organizational training needs and align with leaders to identify skill gaps.
• Create training materials, manuals, presentations, and online resources.
• Conduct onboarding, compliance, leadership, technical, and refresher trainings.
• Evaluate effectiveness via assessments, feedback, and metrics.
• Track progress and report outcomes to management.

Responsabilités

• Assess organizational training needs and collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps, employee development opportunities, and workforce readiness priorities.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs using a variety of instructional methods, including classroom instruction, workshops, virtual training, and hands-on learning experiences.
• Create and maintain training materials, including training manuals, presentations, multimedia content, job aids, and online learning resources.
• Conduct onboarding, compliance, leadership, technical, and refresher training programs to support employee growth and operational excellence.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and implement improvements to maximize learning outcomes.
• Track employee training progress and provide reporting and recommendations to management regarding development initiatives and training program performance.
