Advantech is seeking a Senior Customer Development Representative to join the Sales Support team in Milpitas, CA. This role owns complex accounts and end-to-end prospecting campaigns, leveraging CRM and sales tools, and mentoring junior reps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 6+ years in outbound prospecting, inside sales, or lead generation
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales engagement platforms
• Experience mentoring or coaching other representatives
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, playbooks, or quality standards
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with Excel and PowerPoint
• B2B experience in embedded computing, industrial automation, or IoT preferred

Responsibilities

• Own complex, high-priority accounts and campaigns end to end.
• Model best practices with Salesforce and prospecting tools.
• Coach junior representatives and support onboarding.
• Maintain SOPs, outreach standards, and documentation.
• Review opportunity quality and provide feedback.
• Track KPIs and surface performance insights to Supervisor.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales, Product Marketing, Operations, and CDT teams on handoffs.
• Identify process and tooling improvements and assist testing and rollouts.
