Job summary

ProMach, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Technical Manager in the Statham, GA area. The role focuses on delivering high-quality technical aftermarket support to customers and end users, coordinating multi-functional responses and driving solutions.

You will work with aftermarket and field service teams, analyze product issues, and ensure thorough documentation. A bachelor’s degree in a mechanical discipline and 4+ years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a mechanical discipline or 5 years equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience in production, engineering and customer service.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with MS Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support directly to customers and end users.
• Coordinate resolution with engineering, manufacturing, sales, parts, purchasing, and accounting.
• Design and engineer solutions and opportunities with aftermarket team and field technicians.
• Analyze inquiries to identify product problems and communicate with other functions.
• Help develop an accessible emergency support system for end-users 24/7, including holidays.
• Coordinate and conduct customer training; oversee proper documentation of work-orders and install status.
