Job summary

Zalkin Americas, a ProMach product brand, is seeking a Customer Care Technical Manager to deliver high-quality technical aftermarket support to customers and internal teams. The role reports to the Customer Service Manager and involves coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to design and implement solutions.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years in production, engineering and customer service, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a mechanical discipline or 5 years equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience in production, engineering and customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong computer skills; English fluency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support directly to customers and end users.
• Coordinate problem resolution with engineering, manufacturing, sales, parts, and other teams.
• Evaluate customer needs and design solutions with aftermarket sales and Field Service Technicians.
• Review service reports and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Support training for customers and participate in FATs / machine checkout as needed.
