ProMach is seeking an Aftermarket Mechanical Engineer to provide technical support for installed equipment and systems, troubleshoot issues, and develop upgrades. The role collaborates with Field Service, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Parts teams to deliver practical solutions and improve reliability.

Responsibilities include creating technical documentation, proposing cost-effective replacements, and ensuring changes are properly implemented across aftermarket projects.

Qualificações

• Provide technical support for installed equipment, machinery, and systems throughout the equipment lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or controls-related equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Review drawings, BOMs, specs, manuals to identify components and determine solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Support engineering solutions for upgrades, modifications, and retrofits.
• Create and revise engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs for aftermarket projects.
• Prepare technical proposals and cost estimates for replacements and engineered solutions.
• Coordinate with Aftermarket Sales and Customer Service to define customer requirements and select technical solutions.
• Ensure documentation of engineering changes and aftermarket modifications.
