Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr to provide high-level customer service at in-home city branches or airport locations in Ladue, MO.

The role emphasizes answering calls, assisting customers, processing returns, and delivering administrative support, with a 47-hour week and overtime after 40.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and vendors.
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs, and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Provide high level customer service by assisting customers and assessing rental needs in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
• Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Market the company while picking up or dropping off customers safely and courteously.
