Enterprise Mobility in Columbia, MO is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) to deliver high level customer service in person and over the phone. You will support rental back-up, service customers, and provide administrative help at local airport or city branches.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations and no major incidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks and miscellaneous tasks.
• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone; meet and greet customers.
• Provide directions and general assistance to customers.
• Assess vehicle condition upon return and process returns and check-ins.
• Execute kiosk transactions and assist with billing and administrative tasks.
• Market the company while coordinating pickup/drop-off of customers.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products.
