The role focuses on high-level customer service for internal and external customers, via face-to-face and phone interactions, supporting reservations, quotes, and general inquiries.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding them through processes, assessing rental needs, processing returns, and handling administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer service, retail or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls—reservations, rate quotes, questions, and provide information and resolution.
• Provide high level customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assist to assess rental condition upon return.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Explain rental terms and vehicle features and other services.
• May sell protection products, upgrades, and fuel options.
• Notify management of vehicle problems and maintenance needs.
• Perform administrative tasks such as billing support and reports.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
