Job summary

Enterprise Holdings at San Francisco International Airport seeks a Customer Assistance Representative Sr to deliver high-level service to internal and external customers, supporting branch and rental needs. This role starts at $24.00/hour and is full-time, located at 780 North McDonnell Road, SF Airport. Drivers license required.

You will greet customers, handle reservations and inquiries, explain terms, and assist with returns and billing while maintaining safety and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• At least 6 months of prior customer service, retail or administrative experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for reservations, quotes, and questions; provide resolutions.
• Greet customers in person and assist with rental needs and information.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and optional protections.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Handle administrative tasks such as billing and reports.
