Token Factory is seeking a senior customer engineering lead to guide AI workloads from proof of concept to production in the United States. You will own the customer journey, ensuring reliability, scalability, and smooth deployment across environments.

You will analyze architectures, optimize inference performance, troubleshoot issues, and act as a trusted technical partner, coordinating production incidents and driving continuous improvements across customer deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer transitions from PoC to production, owning the journey and ensuring AI workloads run reliably and scale.
• Optimize AI workload performance and reliability by analyzing architectures, improving inference efficiency, and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Serve as a trusted technical partner, coordinating production incidents and driving continuous improvements across customer deployments.
