Job summary

Precision Technologies is seeking an experienced technical leader to design and deliver AI-powered solutions for diverse customers in the United States. You will translate complex business needs into scalable architectures, build APIs and microservices, and deploy applications on major cloud platforms.

The role involves collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams to validate ideas through PoCs and MVPs, while ensuring reliable production delivery and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers, business stakeholders, product teams, and technical leaders to understand business challenges and define technical solutions.
• Translate customer requirements, workflows, and operational problems into technical architectures, implementation plans, and production-ready applications.
• Build and integrate REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, Microservices, web applications, backend services, and enterprise software platforms.
• Develop AI-powered applications using Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and model integration where appropriate.
• Integrate enterprise systems, databases, third-party applications, cloud services, and customer data platforms.
• Rapidly develop prototypes, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and production implementations to validate solutions.
• Deploy and operate customer-facing solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, investigate production incidents, optimize application performance, and implement reliable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Architects, and customer teams to deliver business outcomes.
• Gather customer feedback, identify product gaps, document technical findings, and communicate improvement opportunities to engineering and product teams.
• Manage multiple implementation priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and drive projects from technical discovery through deployment and ongoing support.
