Job summary

Token Factory, an AI inference platform, is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to own a core product stream from roadmap to launch. You’ll work with engineering and research to enable high-load inference for AI models, and you can work remotely from the UK or hybrid from Amsterdam.

You’ll partner with sales for PoCs, conduct user research, and drive product-market fit while aligning with enterprise customer needs in a fast-moving, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience shipping technical products.
• Hands-on mindset and ability to author PRDs and RFCs.
• Experience with B2B SaaS and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, delivery and developer experience for Dedicated Endpoints for AI Models Inference.
• Partner with engineering and research to design tools for large-scale inference workloads.
• Support sales and customers with PoCs and onboarding.
• Drive product–market fit through user research, customer interviews, and market & competitive analysis.
• Manage technical partnerships and ensure integrations deliver measurable value.
