Job summary

Native Bridge in a Remote US/Canada role seeks a Senior AI Engineer to own the hardest and most interesting aspects of production AI, including agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and client integrations. You’ll build end-to-end solutions from diagnostics to pilots to scaled deployments with high autonomy.

You’ll bring 5+ years of shipping production software with hands-on LLM/agent work, deep API integrations (CRMs, e-commerce, data platforms), and a strong focus on observability and reliability

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production software.
• Hands-on LLM/agent work in recent projects.
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs (CRM, commerce, data platforms).
• Comfortable talking to clients directly and owning projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship agentic AI systems and LLM/RAG pipelines.
• Integrate AI into client stacks using real APIs and webhooks.
• Build data foundations and evaluation harnesses for trustworthy outputs.
• Own delivery from diagnostic to 30-day pilot to scaled system.
• Pressure-test use cases and advise clients on value.
