Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Senior Customer AI Engineer to join the Token Factory team and help customers scale AI workloads on Nebius infrastructure. You will work at the intersection of engineering, delivery, and customer success to ensure what was promised works reliably in production.

You will collaborate with customer engineering teams, Solution Architects, and Product/Infrastructure teams to drive stable, performant deployments with cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of inference frameworks (e.g. vLLM, TensorRT, or similar).
• Solid understanding of cloud/infrastructure systems and distributed, high-load applications.
• Experience working directly with technical customers and communicating complex topics clearly.
• Strong ownership, execution, and ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the production journey from PoC to production and ensure workloads are deployed, stable, and scalable.
• Understand customer architectures and use cases; monitor and improve performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.
