Job summary

Nebius, a leading cloud AI infrastructure company, is seeking a Senior Customer AI Engineer to join the Token Factory team. You will help customers transition from PoC to production and scale AI workloads on Nebius infrastructure.

Work with customer engineering teams, Solution Architects, and Product/Infrastructure to ensure deployments are stable, performant, and cost-efficient, while driving time-to-production and value.

Qualifications

• Technical background.
• Practical knowledge of inference frameworks (e.g. vLLM, TensorRT, or similar).
• Solid understanding of cloud or infrastructure systems; distributed systems or high-load applications; AI/ML workloads.
• Ability to troubleshoot and reason about system performance.
• Customer-facing experience; work with technical customers (engineers, ML teams).
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively.
• Ownership & execution; drive outcomes, not just tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the production journey.
• Lead PoC to production transition.
• Ensure workloads are deployed, stable, and scalable.
• Drive time-to-production and time-to-value.
• Monitor performance, cost, and reliability.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve proactively.
• Act as trusted technical partner with customer teams.
• Provide guidance on best practices and optimisation.
• Translate challenges into actionable solutions.
• Manage incidents and coordinate with internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement with feedback to Product/Infra.
