Nebius Group is seeking a Senior Customer AI Engineer to guide customers from PoC to production on Nebius AI cloud infrastructure. You will work with customer engineering teams, Solution Architects, and Product/Infrastructure to deliver stable, cost‑efficient deployments.

This role emphasizes technical leadership, customer engagement, and proactive problem solving, with the option to work remotely from the United States.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of inference frameworks (e.g., vLLM, TensorRT, or similar).
• Strong understanding of cloud or infrastructure systems and distributed, high-load applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and reason about system performance.
• Experience working directly with technical customers (e.g. engineers, ML teams).
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with ownership.

Responsabilités

• Own the production journey.
• Lead the transition from PoC to production.
• Ensure customer workloads are deployed, stable, and scalable.
• Drive time-to-production and time-to-value.
• Understand customer architectures and use cases; monitor performance and cost.
• Act as primary technical contact for production incidents and coordinate fixes.
• Provide guidance to customers and translate challenges into actionable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize usage and feedback to Product/Infrastructure teams.
