Nebius is seeking a Support Engineer in a remote US role to resolve complex issues escalated by clients. You will work in a shift-based environment to ensure continuous support and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include diagnosing Linux, networking, Kubernetes, and cloud problems, analyzing storage issues, applying ML knowledge to pipelines, and developing Python/Bash automation. You will also update documentation and communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in technical support, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud environments.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Linux, networking, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Analyze and resolve storage-related issues with data storage concepts.
• Apply ML knowledge to troubleshoot model deployment, performance, and integration in ML pipelines.
• Develop Python and Bash automation scripts to streamline processes.
• Provide timely updates and clear explanations to customers on issue status and resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved problems promptly to minimize service disruption.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation for troubleshooting and prevention.
