Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Senior Customer AI Engineer to join the Token Factory team. You will help customers transition from PoC to production and scale AI workloads on Nebius infrastructure.

The role sits at the intersection of engineering, delivery, and customer success to ensure reliable, performant, and cost-efficient deployments. You’ll work closely with customer engineers, Solution Architects, and Product/Infrastructure teams, owning the production journey and driving time-to-production while

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of inference frameworks (e.g. vLLM, TensorRT, or similar).
• Solid understanding of cloud or infrastructure systems, distributed systems or high-load applications, AI/ML workloads (LLMs) is a strong plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and reason about system performance.
• Experience working directly with technical customers (e.g. engineers, ML teams).
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own the production journey: Lead the transition from PoC to production and ensure workloads are deployed, stable and scalable.
• Ensure technical success in production by monitoring performance, cost efficiency and reliability.
• Act as a trusted technical partner, translating challenges into actionable solutions for customer teams.
• Manage production risks and incidents, coordinating with internal teams during high-pressure situations.
• Drive continuous improvement by feeding back to Product and Infrastructure with customer insights.
