BlackLine is seeking a Senior Customer Adoption Expert in Pleasanton for hybrid work. You will lead design, development, and integration of advanced BlackLine solutions (primarily Matching) to meet complex customer needs and deliver business value.

You will guide customers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve highly complex issues, and mentor junior staff while improving our product adoption and success metrics.

Qualifications
