Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a seasoned pursuits leader to coordinate and execute strategic pursuit efforts, guiding proposal development and final presentations. You will work with project executives, estimators, and market leaders to shape win themes and drive process improvements across multiple pursuits.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of experience in pursuits or business development in construction, with strong writing, design, and storytelling skills to elevate quality and adherence to brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in pursuits, marketing, or business development within construction or related industry requested.
• Experience leading cross-functional pursuit teams required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the coordination and execution of pursuit strategies from planning through final presentation.
• Oversees preparation of proposals and presentations to position DPR competitively.
• Partners with BU and market leaders to improve pursuit processes and mentor junior specialists.
• Manages multiple concurrent pursuits, coordinating timelines and stakeholder input.
• Mentors pursuit specialists in writing, design, and storytelling to elevate quality.
• Analyzes pursuit outcomes to identify improvements and recommend process enhancements.
• Ensures all pursuit materials adhere to DPR brand, identity, and proposal standards.

Education
