Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Framing Lead in Richfield, MN. You will lead a team of framers, focusing on building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored framing solutions.

You will coach selling behaviors, plan workload with the Store Manager, and ensure high-quality framing services that meet KPI targets. Shifts may include nights and weekends; adherence to SOPs and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred
• Retail management experience
• Experience leading a sales team

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating a framing solution for their art.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating a memorable framing solution for their art.
• Manage and execute inventory management, shrink and safety programs, and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in Talent Development activities.
