Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Assist with SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and team accountability.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to deliver framing projects on time and meet KPIs.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs, and participate in Talent Development activities.
