ESFM is seeking a Janitorial Facilities Manager in the Charlotte area to supervise custodial services across assigned facilities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will oversee schedules, staffing, and performance to align with client expectations and ESFM's operational goals.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of supervisory experience in cleaning operations, with strong organizational and leadership abilities. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five to ten years of recent experience supervising custodial and related employees in major facilities.
• Knowledge of routine nightly and daytime cleaning operations.
• Working hours mainly weekdays with possible evenings/weekends and on-call for emergencies.
• Facilities management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work among staff and supervise assigned areas.
• Create schedules to maintain properly skilled staffing levels.
• Approve vacation, overtime, and timecards.
• Train custodians on equipment and procedures.
• Supervise, motivate, and evaluate staff.
