Job summary

Boston Medical Center seeks an experienced Senior CSP Education Specialist to lead the Central Sterile Processing education and quality portfolio. You will develop curricula, supervise CSP educators, and coordinate with OR leaders to ensure compliant, high-quality training programs.

You will evaluate competency, oversee annual evaluations of direct reports, and drive improvements through data-driven training and policy development within a hospital-wide CSP program.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with extensive CSP experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of CSP education and sterile processing management experience.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, quality improvement, and training evaluation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to lead教育 programs and present to interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements CSP education and orientation programs including lectures, hands-on training, and competency assessments.
• Supervises CSP educators and planners, and coordinates train-the-trainer initiatives.
• Tracks enrollment, completion, and quality data; prepares dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Collaborates with OR leaders and CSP leadership to schedule trainings and ensure policy compliance.
