Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification must be obtained within 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with department leaders to assess learning needs and competencies of Sterile Processing staff.
• Develops, coordinates and implements competencies for new hire orientation.
• Assesses and documents the progress of new hires throughout orientation and provides remediation.
• Develops, coordinates and implements required competencies, resources and continuing education for Sterile Processing staff.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking, decisive judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
